Made to Order

All Rabanizz products are made to order to reduce waste and overproduction.
For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer size or style exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after use

This policy helps us maintain responsible production practices.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
